This handsome boy is Smokey.  He has a brindle merle coat and he may be some type of an Australian Cattle Dog mix.  We estimate that he's about 5-6 months old (as of 3/31) and he currently weighs approximately 25-30 pounds.

Smokey was found as a stray in TX.  His foster describes him as a super sweet boy who is full of typical puppy energy.  As you can see from his video, he's very playful and dog friendly.  He's also pretty smart as he's already learned how to use pee pads in the house and is doing well in a crate.

• Personality: friendly, playful, energetic
• Good with: people of all ages (including kids), and dogs.  Has not been cat tested yet.
• Training: uses pee pads in the house for now, crate trained
• Estimated date of birth: October 2025
• Weight: 25-30 pounds
• Medical: vetted, up to date on vaccinations, microchipped
• Location: Currently located with a foster in Texas, but if adopted, will come to the NJ area on our next transport.
