Carson was removed by animal control from his previous owner’s home. He was found emaciated and in poor health. The shelter nursed him back to health and discovered he has a pancreatic enzyme deficiency. This condition is treated with a daily dose of enzyme (tablet) and Carson has been thriving ever since! He gets Pancreplus 2 pills twice a day with is food. Loves to play with other dogs and then be a couch potato with his head on your lap for hours He sleeps all night on his bed or a couch. Carson is looking for a new forever home. He can enjoy a home with other dogs, cats and/or children! He loves to play outside and has not quite mastered fetch, although he is will still work at it. He loves to lay his head on your lap and sleep. He likes soft stuffed animals. He follows the foster mom everywhere. He likes to put his head out the window on car rides. Carson barks at people walking by our gate, when other dogs in the neighborhood bark. He doesn't bark unprovoked. He is half-way to be fully house trained He likes to run around the other dogs in the house. He plays fetch, probably no one taught him. He likes to gnaw on stuffed animals but not in a destructive manner, then he'll cuddle them. Carson is fixed and UTD with vaccines. We believe he is about 7 years old and about 65lbs.
