Otto is a very sweet boy who we suspect was abused or even used in dog fighting together with his other 4 siblings. It's hard to take a good picture of him because he is so happy to see his foster mom and just can't stand still for a picture lol Otto is about 8 months old, he arrived skin and bones only, but now he weighs 42lbs. He limps because of an old injury that was never taken care of. But it doesn't affect his ability to walk or run. The vet said nothing needs to be done. He also has a partially bit-off ear, which you can see in the video. Despite all his dark past, Otto is a fun, loving, who, as the foster mom said "Constantly smiling" when she's around. Otto would love to have a home of his own. An owner who will take care of him forever and will love him forever. An owner who will help him forget his past and learn that he can trust and feel secure and loved again. Otto will appreciate a yard he can run and play in. We don't think a cat is a good fit.
