Comet is a mixed breed wirehair boy that, at the age of 9, is looking for a new home!! He is about 20 lbs. He is a very sweet dog who may be a little overprotective of the current lady of the house. Since they have a newborn, they made the hard decision to find him a new home. This family adopted Comet four years ago from the shelter. No one knows how he found himself there, but he had the best life for the last four years. He is good with dogs, and he's been going to doggy daycare 3 times a week. He is a snuggler, loves car rides, is good on a leash, and behaves at the vet. Best for Comet: Comet will need some behavior modification since he is overprotective of his owner. No young kids because he may snap at them A savvy owner would be best A patient who will give him time to decompress in his new owner and environment. Currently fostered in NJ.
