Chihuahua (short coat) : : Female (spayed) : : Adult : : Small
The background story of the two girls. They've been given away because they didn't want them anymore!!
They are not vaccinated because the previous owner said they had seizures after vaccines when younger, so the vet advised them not to take the chance.
They lost their home where they lived together and went to a foster home together. Now we love to see them going on their new forever adventure together.
Luna is a **deer head chihuahua, 10 yrs old female spayed. She does go into heat in April and December. No blood!!.
The vet said most likely, the previous Dr could've left a small piece of ovary behind, which would cause that to happen.
The vet said that the only way to correct it is to wait till she's in heat and do exploratory surgery, looking for the inflamed tissue. No guarantees it will be found bc it's such a small area. So we feel it should not be done.
She loves kids and dogs but she's chase the cats and any small animals.
She's housebroken and weewee pad trained
Luna loves to get all the attention and loves to sit on your lap.
She has only two teeth left, but she has no problem eating.
She sometimes likes to play with her little ball or a toy.
Luna doesn't like car rides
Daisy is an **apple head Chihuahua 7 years old spayed female who can go upstairs but is afraid to go down.
She's very sweet and a lap dog but needs a quiet home.
Pee -pad-trained and housebroken.
Daisy loves car rides
and is a couch potato.
They are about 6-7 lbs
**An Apple Head Chihuahua is an ancient Mexican dog breed. It is also the world's smallest canine at only 6 pounds in adulthood. This loyal and loving little Chihuahua gets its name from its apple-shaped skull dome featuring a 90-degree angle from the muzzle to its forehead.
**The deer head chihuahua is a great companion for children. It's friendly, affectionate, playful, relatively low maintenance, and easy to train.
Both are fostered in NJ.
