Ajax and his sibling were dumped at the post office in a small town in June. They were puppies 3-4 months; Ajax was 25 lbs in mid-June. We think they are a Catahoula mix, but we can't promise it. Mid-October about 60 lba Ajex is super sweet, affectionate, a cuddle bug, and is good with big and small dogs. He is not a barker. Ajax (Handsome-Boy) is sweet and bashful at first, but now he is an outgoing, confident, happy-go-lucky puppy. He loves to play outside with his large and small foster siblings and cuddle up in his foster mom's lap when it’s time to come inside. He really is a gentle lap dog, considering his size! He’s so soft, too!! Ajax is not super interested in toys that do not contain food (HIS FAVORITE THING IN THE WORLD), but he loves “Kong-style” enrichment. He doesn’t pay much attention to the household cat and’d much rather grab a bone or nap! He knows sit, and he comes when using his name. He’s the sweetest, silliest boy!! He is potty- and kennel-trained, ready to be a good boy for his forever family. Ajax would be well suited for a person or family who enjoys time outdoors but also favors a good cuddle on the couch! He would be great as an only dog or an amazing addition to your existing pack! Currently fostered in TX.
