Ben, a Red Heeler, was dumped in the south, alone, in the middle of nowhere, but thankfully, he was picked up and brought to us. He is the sweetest dog you'll meet. He is up to date on his vaccination. He is currently fostered in NJ. Ben is about 45 lbs with long legs and an athletic body, estimated to be around one year old. He is a very active and energetic boy. He will be a great running buddy and enjoy long walks He plays independently with his toys and with his dog friend at home. He is good with big or small dogs. He is housebroken but not the best at signaling if he needs to go out. He will try to wait, so you should watch his clues He loves his crate and will go in the crate with the "get in" command. He walks very well on a leash Loves belly for rubs and all attention. He is very loving, sleeps thru the night, and wakes up happy. Need to know: If he has no other ways to use his energy (running, playing, walking), he may chew on his bed or other stuff He'd made the perfect addition to an active family who likes spending time outside. Join daily run with his owner Hiking A Fenced-in yard is a big plus.
