Alfalfa is a female. She is approximately seven months old. Alfalfa walks well on a leash. She knows sit command. She is very affectionate. She has beautiful, shiny hair with lots of black dots. Her current weight is 33 lbs. She has her vaccinations and spayed and microchipped. We are not sure about her breed mix. Alfalfa is one of 11 dogs we took in from a house where the owner went to jail and left his pups to fend for themselves. As often it happens, Melody (our foster partner in TX) gets a call from someone complaining about dogs eating everything, including their chickens. They want the dogs to be taken away, or it's an owner who threatens to dump his dogs somewhere, and sometimes, not very often, a person feels for those dogs and seeks help for them. Alfalfa is now available for adoption.
