River was brought to the rescue by border patrol agents.
His foster says he is very cute and very friendly with other dogs and humans. He wasn't tested with cats.
He weighs about 20 lbs, maybe 3 years old, a breed mix that might include Australian Kelpie and Corgi.
Curenly he is fostered in Texas and can come to NJ on April 13th if he finds a home.
