While Marissa was working on the side of the highway, she felt someone was poking at her back. That's how Rusty saved himself. He is a smart little guy, for sure. Rusty went home with her, has been vaccinated, and will be neutered and microchipped before going to his new home in NJ. He is estimated to be between 18-24 months, About 25 lbs. While in his foster home, he met Conner, and the two became BFFs. They are always together, playing with each other. He knows his name and will come when called. He is good with dogs and kids. He likes barking at cats but won't do anything to hurt them. If they come too close to him, he will take off fast with his little feet and start crying as if they attacked him. Rusty is such a sweet and funny boy. When adopted, he will come on our next transport from TX.
