Hear it from the foster : Bon Jovi is a smart, sweet, playful, and beautiful puppy. We are working on house training, and he is doing very well. He mastered SIT in one morning. He is pretty much crate trained. Does pretty well on the leash. Plays so well with other dogs and has no food aggression whatsoever I took him to meet our chickens and ducks. He was very well-behaved. He's a lover and loves cuddling. He’s awesome!! The background story: It started with a phone call from a lady feeding the puppies, asking for the rescue's help with food. Checking on the pups gave us the chill. They were all dehydrated and just bones and skin. Puppies were born on April 8th, ten weeks old, and weighed between 2 and 4 lbs. Momma was the same, maybe 20 lbs, and very dehydrated. We decided they all needed to leave this place. They had no food or water and were living outside in the unbearable heat. We managed to have the owner surrender them to us. The puppies gain weight and are a happy gang. They love toys, chase each other, and do what puppies should do. We like the family to go home. To have adopters who will care for them for the rest of their life Bon Jovi's weight in August is 28.6lb. Currently fostered in NJ.
