Some people love regular Oreos, and some love the double-stuffed ones…but this particular Oreo is double-stuffed with love! Oreo is an approximately 2.5-year-old, 64-pound female heeler mix. She is a super sweet girl (of course she is with that name!) who lives like she’s on a sugar high (that’s our way of saying she still has a lot of puppy energy). She loves to play and run - especially with other dogs and kids. She walks around the house with a toy in her mouth, kind of saying, "Come get me." If you're not paying attention to her and she wants to play, she will come, drop the toy in your lap, put her nose close, and look at you with her big eyes like it's playtime! She does great with dogs and kids; however, she’d prefer a home without cats. Oreo get along well with other large dogs but does not do well with small dogs. She walks pretty well on a leash, is crate-trained, and is housebroken. She listens to commands but is really happiest when she’s cuddling up next to you. Oreo is an owner surrendered due to her owner's health issues. She is currently being fostered in the NJ area and is available for a meet and greet if you are approved to adopt.
