Roo is a cute little boy who is a year to a year and a half old Chihuahua mix. He is fully grown with his 15 pounds. He was found in the freezing cold along with his brother, both curled up and shaking alongside an apartment building when our rescue partner found them. They are both very sweet, and Roo seems to be a bit more outgoing out of them. According to Roo’s foster, she “can't get over Roo enough to look at him, and he wags his tail. If you want a happy-go-lucky kissing you all over dog, he's your boy!” "He is a cutie; he's doing good with potty training and had only 2 accidents in the house this last week. We're working on sit, and no my dog still doesn't want to play with you, nor does the cat. He firmly believes that all toys must come out of the toy box. ?" Roo has been to the vet, vaccinated, and neutered. He is currently in Texas, but once adopted, he will be transported to the NJ area and will go home. Questions?
